Stainless Steel jewelry is 316L stainless, with no more than .02% nickel, anodized jewelry
is at least 2 mics thick, solid titanium is at least grade 5. Hand carved born, horn, and
wood are from Bali, Indonesia, China and Bangkok.
Returns/Refunds
1) All jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturer's defects, if it is broken or defective,it will be replaced or refunded upon return and inspection. Please write us first.
2) Returns will not be accepted after 10 business days.
3) If you simply ordered the wrong size or color, or just didnt like it, please include $3 for return postage if you want an exchange. Be sure and pack it properly.
Out of Stock Items
On sold out items a refund will be issued unless you state in the message box in theshopping cart that you want a substitution. Availability may be limited as many items can
not be reordered.
Foreign Orders
Post office just raised the rates 1/22/12. Canada $13.00 everywhere else $17.00 forPriority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. This will be added to the $3 shipping charge unless
you order is over $25. Still not insured, but as least you can track it.
Recycling
The cart mentions that "you should save this email as your receipt", one reason beingthat it might save a tree or two, which is why invoices are not included in your order.
Bubble mailers used are made from 100% recycled paper and plastic, as is the bubble wrap.
