on the 9/16, theres only really light ones, almost whitish/gray, and really
dark ones, almost black. none i could really say would go as a pair. the 1/2"
one left is really light too.

Amethyst is a really hard stone, and subject to small chips and imperfections
more than any other stone. On the 7/8", there are mostly dark stones left.
